Following the acquisition of Phoenix Engineering 2009 Ltd in 2016, the team have been on an exciting journey of change which will culminate in the two businesses coming together under the umbrella of the Pentagon Plastics Group Ltd.

Phoenix who specialise in complex multi-cavity tooling was an ideal fit for acquisition by Pentagon with a view to enhance the existing services of the tooling division. Over the last couple of years Pentagon, have been working to combine the services of the two tool rooms and offer extensive support to customers and other moulders alike.

Pentagon have been providing customer tooling and moulded components for over 45 years and with the added skillset of the Phoenix workforce these services have opened-up to include complex, multi-cavity tooling, repairs, maintenance, servicing and modification.  With strong expertise in the caps and closures market, fast cycling tooling and a wealth of experience with live hinges the group are well placed to support anyone looking for UK mould tooling at any level.

Continuously looking ahead and having aligned the business services and processes internally, the group turned their attention to are-branding project in January to mark the beginning of a major new chapter fort he organisation.

With firm plans for the future of the business, the team were keen to have a more modern feel to their company branding and have been working with Creative Pod, to bring their branding concepts to life.  The team at Creative Pod in Crawley have been a great fit for Pentagon, delivering fresh ideas and excellent design service.

Pentagon were keen for the new website to represent engineering and manufacturing in this modern age and enlisted the assistance of well-known photographer Toby Phillips and videographers, Brighton Video Production to help showcase the full scope of service that the business provides.

While retaining the trading names of Pentagon Plastics Ltd and Phoenix Engineering 2009 Ltd, Pentagon Plastics Group Ltd is now proud to deliver its fresh new face to the wider audience.
