As a UK Plastic Injection Moulder and Toolmaking business this award nomination is true recognition of the growth and innovation within our organisation.

Our submission

Following the submission of a detailed entry covering various areas of the business and business practice, Pentagon were shortlisted for a judges site visit by Kreston Reeves. This delivered a wonderful opportunity to showcase the extensive self-funded investment in to the facility, focus on employee health and wellbeing, integration of social media platforms and our dedication to continuous improvement.

Bridging the skills gap

We had the pleasure of discussing the support that our business provides to young people and those in education as we recognise our responsibility to help bridge the current skills gap within the engineering industry.  Also touching on the current issues facing the polymer industry and how we look to inject positivity in plastics to a wider audience.

Our business has seen major growth and organisational changes over the last 2.5 years as we acquired and integrated Phoenix Engineering Ltd.

This award would be true testament to the commitment and dedication from the entire team at Pentagon Plastics. The awards evening will take place on 21st March and the team will be waiting with baited breath as the winners are announced.
