With the added benefit of a fully integrated tooling facility, your existing mould tools can also benefit from on-site repair, modification, and servicing between production runs.

At the end of our production runs mould tools are stripped down, cleaned, and inspected before being returned to dedicated racking.  This is to ensure that production orders can always be efficiently run, even at short notice.

Pentagons injection mould presses range from 22 – 280 tonne clamp force with a maximum shot weight capacity of 450 grams. With 13 machines on site running across two shifts Monday to Friday the group can offer lead times as short as 4 weeks from receipt of order or less in urgent circumstances.
